Hate, Racism, Bias, Exclusion... Black Librarian says Nah, Not In My Library!

Black Librarian tells the story of her journey and path to becoming a librarian.  She discusses some of the discrimination she encountered as a child in the library which ultimately led to her wanting to become a Librarian and also the chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. Her mission is to create a more diverse library staff and make all guests of the library feel welcome to access the information.
